NP. I don't believe this to be true, and apparently neither does Princeton Review, or whoever it is that produces SAT. One of the reasons they decided to change the format for the new test is to reduce the SES bias. The other reason is because they were getting hammered by the ACT testers. |

There are non cut sports. There is marching band. And, all kids can participate by cheering for the teams. At our school, special "buddies" frequently attend together. It is a great bonding event. |

They may be well educated in a general sense but immigrant parents are typically not going to be up on American culturalisms nor possess a large English vocabulary - which are typically the areas where accusations of SES bias fall. |
