That’s probably why some of the girls had less playing times and were dropped from the team for next year. |
And nothing is more obvious than a parent of a child who wasn't getting playing time constantly posting negative things about the coach. |
The coach is blaming the girls he didn't develop all year and didn't play in the games for..losing game they barely played in. Wow. |
I don't even have a kid who plays for Arlington. I wouldn't tolerate this behavior from a coach. |
Not one bit. It is 100% the coach choosing and asking guest players. And when you are an Age Group Manager who is supposed to be monitoring this type of behavior it really makes you wonder. |
Crying about a coach not developing your kid has outed you for the entitled soccer parent that you are. Clubs don’t develop your kid. If the team isn’t having success, they’re constantly trying to find players that are better than the current roster. This team must have been a joy to be on with this group. |

Where does Arlington soccer say on their website that they don't develop soccer skills?
You are outing yourself as a truly toilet tier coach. What do you think you are being paid for? |
| It’s funny that you keep calling everyone the coach. Your daughter isn’t very good. Either train or get used to getting replaced. Whining won’t achieve anything. |
What makes you think you are talking to the same person, or that any of those people have kids on this loser coach's team? |
| Sounds like a crappy coach who failed to develop his players. Yikes. Avoid. |
| You’re not fooling anyone. Definitely 1-2 parents with pitchforks because their star daughter(s) were “not developed” by a “crappy coach.” |
Out of curiosity, who choose the girls last year to be on the team? Was it the current coach or did someone else choose the players? |
Ha, don't know about the other posters but I have boys and live in Loudoun. Bringing in guest players all year and not playing the kids on the roster, then blaming those kids on the bench for not developing when they didn't get enough game time to develop? That's garbage coaching. |
| Grasping for anything to avoid the reality that a sense of entitlement doesn’t equal merit. Work hard and stop believing the fallacy that the clubs develop your players. |
What are you paying $3000 for, if not soccer training? What value is the coach adding? Sounds like a terrible coach. |
