I'm in my late 50s, and in the many years I've been going to the doc regularly, I've never had anyone ask me about how much water I drink. That's nonsense.

I'm the same age with blood clotting issues. Dehydration is a big issue for that.

I’m a middle aged woman with a 40oz owala bottle. I drink 80-100oz per day, oncologists orders while going through chemo
to protect my bladder and kidneys from the toxic medications. It’s a lot of water, and I have to make a point to do it. From observation…this is more, much more than the average person around me. I think most people carry a 16-24oz bottle and drink to thirst. I don’t care, as long as it isn’t me who has to carry the extra weight!

lol I am not a bot. When I was in high school they used to lock the bathrooms during class time and maybe unlock them between classes. You had to run around trying to find an unlocked one to pee between classes. So I just stopped drinking liquid during the school day.
