Trump fires commissioner of labor statistics to be fired after weak jobs figures

Trump again claimed the numbers were fake this morning. He should be impeached for this.

Good riddance.

??? Didn't Trump politically benefit from his inflated numbers over the summer? Then the numbers were downgraded once more data came in? You need to take another shot at your propaganda point I think. I appreciate you're all still working out the kinks on it, though.

That may be the case--I don't know. If so, the person is incompetent for a systemically broken methodology and I continue to say good riddance.

+1 I just hate "a lack of honesty." Trump = honesty

How do you not know? That's why Trump is incessantly whining right now and fired her. How are you opining on any of this if you don't know any of the facts?

No, Trump isn't honest, but neither was Biden, Hillary, nor Harris. They're all liars. If you're criticizing Trump for lying, you better never have voted for a Clinton. Otherwise, you're full of it if you claim honesty matters to you in a politician.

Were you aware of the absurd pattern under Biden? I only know about it because it went on for so long that it was unavoidable. Trump hasn't been POTUS long enough for the same pattern to be revealed.

I don't know because I need a bigger sample. Unlike you, I am driven by the data, not politics. I am waiting to see if the pattern persists. I'll check back in once Trump has been in office for 18 months. Until then, it's premature.

Trump is a total liar claiming the BLS numbers aren’t real. He should be impeached. He cannot lead as a complete liar!

They did go in both directions. Why are you lying?

You're clearly not waiting to see if the pattern persists because you're saying "good riddance". You're obviously driven by politics.

No, I said if the pattern is still presenting, then good riddance. It is a conditional statement.

I'll give you that. The difference with Trump is that he is a self-dealing thief of a kind we have not seen before. The others (to include both Bushes) were/are just generic, self-interested phony politicians. There is no limit to what Trump will do, or lie about, or steal.

This- blatant lies and right in front of cameras. The media has to stand together and combat all these lies.
