ICE administrative warrants aren’t pieces of paper that can be produced from a pocket. They are electronic. They allow ICE to arrest the subject of a warrant in ANY place open to the general public.

It is not against any regulations for ICE agents to conceal their identity, now, or at any point in the past. They have to identify themselves to the suspect they arrest. They aren’t required to identify themselves to any other bystanders.

If you knowingly attempt to hinder an arrest by an ICE agent you are obstructing an officer in the performance of their official duties. This can be a felony.

A new administration can change this. Current lawmakers can changed this (not that they will.) These things are not written in stone especially for ICE who are the most wraith like of all the agencies.

That’s nice. But who knows if these people are “ICE agents” because they could be anyone. We are a republic of laws, not men. So these thugs need to take off their masks and properly identify themselves before laying a finger on anyone. They may not act with impunity.
