If this is an early sign to the public she is developing dementia, then we will probably see more clues over time like other outbursts, poor gait. She is still wearing heals so she probably can walk fine. My father with dementia could manage his mood, but my mother without dementia started losing her impulse control with age and didn't care who witnessed her outburst whereas she used to put on a facade for the outside world.

It is really creepy how they met and how young he was. Disgusting and it should have been illegal.
