Ok, good to know. And yet, during his immigration hearings, he was still granted "witholding of removal." |
Which meant he could still be deported. |
MAGA....it truly is a scary sickness |
So, no, he shouldn't have been deported. |
They don't care |
This is what member of the bar and yale law school graduate said about deportee garcia :
This [is] unquestionably a person an immigration judge had found had zero right to be in the United States of America," he added. So who is telling the truth ? |
Who? |
This is worse than Signalgate-it is not just incompetence on display here but depraved indifference to a human life. This is an incredible human and civil rights violation and should be the top story until this man is freed and brought back home! Listen to what Jamie said-this guy was basically snatched off the streets and flown out of the country to a maximum security prison know for civil rights violations!!!!!! And this Dump administration says too bad so sad??????? AYFKM? And maga wonders why people look askance at them? This is monstrous and if you support this you are a monster. Plain and simple. Due process of the law is something that sets us apart from dictatorships and authoritarian regimes. (that means it's good dips$%#!!!!!) |
There’s one thing that would have prevented all of this. Don’t sneak over the border illegally in the first place. That was a decision HE made, and if HE would have made a better decision, none of this happens. |
can you tell us who this is and give us a citation? Given that the judge let him stay in the US, the quote isn't making a lot of sense |
It didn't prevent it for Jerce Reyes Barrios, the Venezuelan with the soccer ball tattoo. He came legally and made all the good decisions and was still sent to CECOT. Without due process. There is no defense. I agree with the PP. If you support this, there is something wrong with you. |
No one cares.
We was admitted MS13 seeking asylum from rival gangs. This is a nothing burger. He is out, technicalities aside. |
Can you tell me more about your assertion that he could be deported to anywhere other than El Salvador? If he only has citizenship in El Salvador, how can we deport him to any other country? What power do we have to make any country accept someone who isn’t one of their citizens? |
Not according to the article. If secret police claim someone told them he was in a gang and they used that to send him to a foreign prison then we are no longer a democracy. They never had any verifiable proof that he was a gang member. He’s been here for 13 years without any instances. He works full time and lives with his family. The federal judge must have had a reason for his ruling. |
So many simple minded people echoing this tired crap. |
