NP. I’m a moderate Democrat, not Jewish, who voted for Harris and I don’t have problems with this. They can’t make campus safe for their students, the protestors are entitled and ignorant narcissists, and their professors encourage the violence. I don’t want to pay for that nonsense.

Let the Gulf States that are funneling propaganda and money to these schools make up the difference.

While he was entering his residential building on the campus of Columbia yesterday, Mahmoud Khalil was detained by DHS and is being held in an ICE facility.

DHS agents told Khalil that the U.S. Department of State had revoked his student visa. The group said this was “despite the fact that he has a green card, not a visa, and is a lawful permanent resident.”

Khalil’s wife was unlocking the door to the building when “two plainclothes DHS agents forced their way in behind them.” They initially refused to identify themselves, she reported, but then threatened Khalil’s wife that if she remained with him, she would be detained too.

First, he is a green card holder.

Second, it is ridiculous that DHS plainclothes agents can force their way into a residential building after somebody has entered.

There are rules for entering dorms and DHS should adhere to those rules, and I say that as a former RA at Virginia Tech who knew Ryan Clark.

Why does Israel get to dictate who is arrested in the US? Israel is the most dangerous threat the United States has ever faced.

We must expose the people behind these attacks on US citizens. Israeli agents have to be arrested and deported.

This. Completely. The people on here claiming the protests are peaceful either haven't seen the videos or are outright lying. Are there peaceful protestors? Probably. That is not the same thing as saying these protests have remained peaceful.

Education is already at a dark place. It is an ideological monolith, and education administrators are uninterested in rigorous education, free speech and true challenging debate, or protecting students from violence.

Until educators decide to focus on education foremost, I do not see why they should get millions of taxpayer dollars. I have no interest in paying for the nonsense that is funded now — and I’m a Democrat! I can only imagine how Republicans feel.
