That is a LOT of W&M EDs, are they typically a big feeder?

W&M and Wake Forest both seem consistently pretty popular and SSSAS usually sends a handful of students to both each year.

The St. Andrew's link goes to last year's admits. This is the correct one for this year: https://www.instagram.com/saesdecisions2025/

HW family here. I don't think I've ever seen one of these for HW but have for other LA privates (DC has a lot of friends + their siblings at other schools).

Now, you have.
HW has an IG page too:
https://www.instagram.com/hw24commits?igsh=cml5b2Z4bWJiOXJq

And here’s the brand new c/o ‘25 IG page:

GDS and Sidwell’s results look a little better than this, so far. That’s significant because isn’t HW’s senior class almost twice the size of both schools?

This class in particular has had to deal with an incredible amount of trauma. The insular and obsessive fixation on "status" and "rankings" does not help. You as parents--especially parents in your dorky weird DC bubble 3,000 miles away--have no idea why certain students may have chosen to apply early to certain colleges. Please stop gawking and talking about kids you don't know anything about.

Are you referring to all the recent HW-related suicides?

Wrong. No one picking Tulane has an "obsessive fixation" with rankings. Sorry.

Sorry, but you're an idiot; you twisted the prior message completely, in order to suit your own elitist views. The obsessive fixation with rankings is external, including on this thread and in this forum. If kids are making choices that are not guided by an obsessive fixation with rankings, good for them! Maybe don't critique the choices of kids 3,000 miles away, who you know nothing about, based on your own obsessive fixation with rankings. That is obviously the point that the prior post was making.

Sidwell and GDS always have the most elite admits.
