It's exactly times like this that you know if Trump were still president he'd do something wildly destabilizing

Because things are so "stable" right now.

Israel's pretty happy with Biden's response to the Hamas war.

He doesn’t have access to anything that would be current, right?

A lot of what he had is current. What are you kidding?

An anti-Israel, pro-Hamas X account called Iran Observer, which calls itself an Iranian news outlet, shared the clip of Trump's speech on Wednesday saying Israel is not prepared for Hamas or Hezbollah, who Trump called "very smart."

See? He’s not even in office and Trump is still making a mess.

And I bet we will find out that he shared or sold something related to this mess in Israel.

“I liked Bibi. I still like Bibi. But I also like loyalty. The first person to congratulate Biden was Bibi. And not only did he congratulate him, he did it on tape"

"Bibi could have stayed quiet. He has made a terrible mistake."

"F*ck him"

WASHINGTON — Former President Donald Trump falsely characterized Israel’s role in his administration’s assassination of Iran’s top general during remarks this week, according to three U.S. officials familiar with the planning of the operation.

Trump said Wednesday that Israel planned to be part of the January 2020 operation that killed Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani but abruptly backed out the night before it was to take place. In his remarks, delivered before an audience at his Mar-a-Lago club in South Florida, Trump sharply criticized Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu for that decision after months of working with the U.S. on the operation…

Israel was going to do this with us, and it was being planned and working on it for months,” Trump said Wednesday. “We had everything all set to go, and the night before it happened, I got a call that Israel will not be participating in this attack.”

“I’ll never forget that Bibi Netanyahu let us down,” Trump added, referring to Netanyahu by his nickname.

“That was a very terrible thing,” he said. “And then Bibi tried to take credit for it. That didn’t make me feel too good.”

I guess some source/s(not named) are saying this did not happen. It is not a “high level” source just someone in the Trump administration familiar with the operation. Trump only remembers/cares about events and people who “did him wrong”. NBC said “Israeli intelligence helped confirm Soleimani’s location for American intelligence” but was not involved? Maybe the source and/or reporter/editor is trying to protect Bibi, sources, methods, etc. Who knows with an unnamed source?

I do not say this much but I kind of believe Trump on this one.

Whether you believe Trump (and why would anyone ever do that, he lies all the time) or not, it’s not the time for him to bring up petty personal grievances, no?

Exactly. Whether it is true or not is beside the point. Israel just suffered a terrible terrorist attack and now there’s a war going on, and trump is focused on some petty personal grudge with bibi from an incident that occurred several years ago. He’s just despicable and dumb.

There is little difference between Trump and Bibi. Trump knows Bibi is done and now is kicking him while he is down. Trump does not give a sh%# about Israel or the terrorist attacks.

It is interesting that Bibi was the leading voice for attacking Iran yet when given the opportunity he declines.

Well he tried to withhold military aid just as Russia was threatening Ukraine, all because he thought they were disloyal to him. Now he thinks Netanyahu is disloyal to him. What is the expected result?

Disloyal to him for not creating dirt on a political opponent no less. If you won’t do his dirty work, he makes your situation worse. And it’s all about personal gain.

I wonder where Jared is on advising Trump these days. I doubt (although I don't know for sure) Jared is a big fan of Bibi the fascist, but obviously Jared would be extremely anxious about Israel right now, and Trump's Hezbollah comment must have him pulling his hair out.

“Like what exactly?” parroted the maga, secure in his ignorance.
