OMG it’s Idaho. If I host a party in my DC suburb there are going to be a lot more POC than if I host a party of friends and acquaintances who just happen to be in a random, remote town in the mountains in the summer. I highly doubt that motley crew all flew in for the dinner or coordinated vacation plans - they just happen to be at the same resort.

Who cares? Anyone with a half a brain knows most white people supporting DE&I and voting left wing don’t actually hang out with POC. It’s all talk. I live in a wealthy neighborhood that’s 99% white. Everyone talks a big game and the DE&I actions at the local schools are heavily supported.

But start bussing in minority children or have some AAs move into the neighborhood and you’d start seeing a large number of for sale signs in yards. It’s all talk. Everyone wants to support diversity but wealthy white don’t want to live around increased crime, single parent homes or lower educational standards.

I'm not interested in getting into the race aspect, but it's Jimmy Kimmel's place so they didn't all just happen to be in a random, remote town in the mountains at the same time. Supposedly they're all staying there hiking and fishing and whatnot.

That wasn’t my point. My point was that wealthy whites don’t want their kids going to school with poor minority kids. This is pretty much universal across the US.
