I said it last year and will say it again, Bucky was a great hire by Visi. If anyone can break the Visi coaches’ curse, it will be him.

Maybe but one game does not make a season and that St. john’s loss was brutal.

Why is everyone so negative on the forum? Let's celebrate that an ISL AA team beat two tough MD IAAM A teams - and that DMV lacrosse is legit. Good Counsel is having a great season too - SJC is very strong and SSSA and SR have stellar squads too. Perhaps we are not as consistently strong as the MD IAAM Aleague, but I say yay us!

SJC 17 - PVI 13

SJC started game and second half strong. PVI outmatched and outcoached.

Congrats to SJC on a great win today. The team came to play today. They are refocused (and healthy again).

Because Bucky is not a coach; he builds programs. He recruits talented assistant coaches and talents into his program.. Those who question Bucky’a coaching skills don’t get him at all - he doesn’t coach! That’s also why he left Langley when he did - he saw the talent pipeline drying up and he said it’s time to pack up and get the heck out of here.

"Us?" Are you a coach?

SJC girls lacrosse is coming to play. Their midfield line is not to be messed with. They have a key defender returning from injury will be needed on their defense. They will continue to rise. Strong showing from high impact 2025s. Promising season and if they tighten up a bit on a few things they can easily be in the finals for the WCAC championship.

No! Us = players, families, coaches, clubs, schools---everyone who contributes to the success of the teams.

What? No, they didn't. SSSAS won 16-9 against Episcopal Academy. I just checked the score on-line. Why would you try to push such nonsense? In fact, according to Inside Lacrosse, they have a 4 game winning streak www.insidelacrosse.com/recruiting/highschool/team/Sts.+Stephen%27s+%26+Agnes/1479/girls/23?active_id=5085.

PVI was among the “also considered” list of USA Lacrosse Magazine’s top 25 pre-season list. That’s a big win for St. John’s
