My public high school had well over 2,000 students and it was only grades 11-12. They don’t have massive classes. They just add more sections of classes and can offer much more variety. You join the art, interest or sport that suits you and it’s easy to find your people.
Less whining and more positivity and encouragement from you will serve your kid well. |
What are you talking about? Wakefield will be overcrowded too, and ACPS High is even bigger and unmanageable |
It’s also easier to have less busy guidance and admin staff b/c you have proactive parents whose selected into your program and thus have less discipline problems and less kids with challenges (such as ESL) |
2000 students in a high school of only upperclassman sounds way more manageable. Sign me up. |
