agree that right now their looks are comparable though very different.

What I don't get is that he didn't go for intelligence. Mackenzie was very intelligent. I'm not sure what LS brings to the table---old/50s not that bright, crass, gold-digger rep., many prior men. I think she stokes his ego hard and that is what means the most to a narcissist.

I guess it's how you define beauty. She was also trashy and wore trashy clothes in her younger days as well. That is unappealing for many people who have class. I can't imagine what happens when she opens that mouth.

Np Mckenzie was never 'pretty' even in her youth . One has to be pretty desperate to use the word pretty and Mckenzie in the same sentence. Even if you try to hide behind the 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder ' excuse. I'm far from being a bezos fan , but it's not a reason to not be objective either .
