Actually laughed out loud and startled my nursing baby!! That is so funny!! |
|
"I had a good day!" "Somebody moved me!"
*Dont know what the last sentence means. |
|
DC: we did a new relaxation game at rest time.
Me: what relaxation game did you do? DC: I don’t know what you’re talking about! |
|
Me: “Do you like the kids in your new class?”
3: “Well ... half of them are sweet.” Me: “What about the other half?” 3: “Uh uh” |
| These are hilarious. Also good to know that mine isn’t the only one who has no idea what she ate for lunch. |
| Mine was the “germ helper.” She was in charge of reminding friends to pull up their masks and take toys out of their mouths. She loved it! |
LOL! |
It's true, they just legitimately can't remember. I keep asking if David was there and he'll say "David is not in my class" and I check the class list at pick up and YES David was there, but I guess my kid may no know David's name..... |
|
Me: Did you have a good day at school?
DC: No. Me: Why wasn’t it a good day? DC: Pete lost his buttons. Me: Is Pete a boy in your class? DC: Pete’s a cat! Turns out it was a cat one of the books they read! |
My buttons My buttons My FOUR groooovy buttons! Oh man, I convinced DS we could donate that book when we moved to different housing this summer and I am so happy haha. |
| These are so fantastic! My kids are bigger now, but I just love these. Tell more! Pre-schoolers are hilarious! |
HAHA Pete the Cat!!! Especially funny since the whole point of the book is to not get upset when bad things happen! |
+1. This is also the response to more specific questions, ie. "What did you do today that was the most fun? The most boring?" Everything is nothing. |
| "I had a taco for lunch, but it had cheese and salad on the inside so I didn't like it. YUCK!" |
| “We had chickpeas for snack today, just chickpeas and they tasted kinda like peanut butter. And we had cauliflower with ranch dressing. But it was not very good because they did not give me ranch like how you do.” (?) |
