He was only 37. |
| Colton is worse. Colt is a bit backwoods sounding but also cute for a baby. I’d tuck it into the middle name rather than primary to give the kid a chance v |

Are you in the DMV? I feel Colt is the type of name that makes a statement. You’re signaling that you’re culturally rural, pro gun, NASCAR type of family. Nothing wrong with that, but think about if that fits with your intent. |
+1 I immediately thought of a horse. |
| he better be a quarterback of in 4h with that name |
| I like Colton and then call him Colt. |
| Colt 45. |
+1. |

It's cute but I would think a boy named Colt cute but a man, less so. It's literally the name of a young boy horse.
Colton is more flexible. |

Yeah, I think it sounds good with C last names. Colt Calloway. Colt Cohen. Colt Collins. Colt Crawford. Sounds like an athlete. Not as good though if the last name has only one syllable: Colt Clark. Colt Cox. Colt Cook. A little too staccato. |

Colt McCoy, former Redskins QB. But he as the last name "McCoy" to go with it.
Don't name your kid "Colt" if you have a vanilla last name like Smith or Jones. |
+1 I would be embarrassed to have that name as an adult, especially introducing myself professionally. |
+1 Dislike unless you actually live on a ranch. |
| Horrible |
