Finding a nanny - advice?

| We've found two good nannies on Care.com, FWIW. The first would still be with us if she hadn't relocated for her husband's job. We hired the second a few months ago and were upfront in our posting that we would only consider fully vaccinated candidates and it was no problem finding one. A lot of the nannies looking for positions were proactively advertising they were fully vaccinated. It required more legwork on our end than an agency but it was a lot cheaper! We only paid for a one-month subscription and had no trouble finding candidates in that timeframe - plus I liked that we could easily match with nannies who were in our pay range, since that's so important for both parties. |
