U12 girls 'blue' is in premiere III and IV, so it looks like they have two 'blues'. Not seeing PAC, I thought they were moving to EDP

Of course they can and many teams do this. NCSL will play in the fall and allow a spring sitout for HS. EDP/USYS will pick up in November and play through the spring, as well as numerous showcase weekends.

i'm pretty sure several CCL clubs double up in EDP as well

The random ecnl team has done it as well.

Some of the girls brackets are far from being populated on that list.

They are NOT playing NCSL. Take a look at the NCSL divisions.

This poster is correct however looking at both brackets it does show Team America FC out of VA is playing in both leagues. So it can be done.

EDP shows Alexandria Red in their structure. NCSL shows White, Blue, Black, etc for Alexandria. Does this signal that Alexandria has pulled from CCL as well?

The CCL scrimmage fest for U9/U10 teams is missing a lot CCL clubs, where in the past it was packed with every CCL club sending their 9/10 teams.

Are these all signs of a rapid demise for CCL?

I think Alexandria Red is doing both EDP and CCL, at least for some of their age groups
