I have a hurt shoulder - how much does the shred involve the shoulder?

I do the 30 day shred, level II and III. It's only 20 minutes. I bet you can modify the shoulder parts. It's great. If I had a more flexible schedule, running really tones me up and is easier to stay motivated. If you don't need to lose weight and are just toning up, I don't think a diet change will be nearly as effective as exercise.

Are Levels II and III harder than Level I? Just curious. I'll have to see if I can find them On Demand.

I think they get progressively harder. Level 3 incorporates lots of jumping, so I think it's the hardest of the three.

I think it depends on the individual. Level II of the shred is pretty shoulder focused but it is easy to modify and do triceps instead, for example. I haven't tried level III but I personally found Level II MUCH more demanding than level I.
