| You don't know about card op. The sensor is because the car is saying your niece shouldn't be in the front seat. The hill thing is because it'd a civic and not a car with torque. |
You were robbed. My $40,000 Jeep has hill start assist. http://www.jeeclub.com/reco-2232.html |
| I have read dumber questions on this forum and your question does not warrant name-calling as to what a moron and idiot you are. I wish people on here would stop name-calling and insulting people if they do not like the question they are reading. Just scroll on. To be so snarky is just unnecessary in my opinion. |
Becuse the Jeep is designed for off-roading and it's useful when climbing hills in the wilderness. |
No, tell her to sit in the back seat. |
It's just some software though. Assuming the German luxury car has electric brakes. And it probably does. |
Yes old but normal. |
I don’t think 2012 is that old. I just sold my 2012 for $18k and it ran great. I think it has another 100k in it. |
2012 is old for a domestic vehicle. Not so much for a Japanese one. |
Didn't chime in before, but will chime in now. Unless the 120k German car is extremely old, it very likely has hill hold as well. However, some vehicles require the driver to "activate" the feature by pressing the brake pedal a bit firmer at a stop. If you just brake to a stop normally, the pressure may not be enough to activate the feature. It's common for owners of expensive German cars to not know all of the features that their cars come with. I'm guilty of the same. |
