Only heart disease and cancer killed more Americans in 2020. If heart disease and cancer were contagious and we had a vaccine against them, I'd absolutely go along with mandates from all kind of organizations for those vaccines.

Yes and no as far as deadly is concerned. Virginia requires all these vaccines just to go to school and daycares:

Diphtheria, Tetanus, & Pertussis
Meningococcal Conjugate
Human Papillomavirus (HPV)
Hepatitis A and B
Measles, Mumps, & Rubella
Haemophilus Influenzae Type b
Pneumococcal
Rotavirus
Polio
Chickenpox

These are not experimental vaccines and went through normal testing process with massive amounts of data collected to evaluate long term effects.

Flu vaccine changes every year. The testing here was on the money and has been borne out by subsequent RWE. Just like we have a pretty good idea of what the target does depending on age and comorbidities. If you think they are both uncertain, or that vaccinations are more dangerous, you have other problems that vaccines simply cannot prevent or help.

These clubs are private organizations and can absolutely require vaccines if they wanted, so long as they are no violating any state/federal discrimination laws. You may want to pay for a better attorney.
