This was my third baby in 4.5 years and I am so ready to get my body back. I’m still nursing, which makes me hold onto fat, but the scale is moving! Losing about a pound a week. It feels really good to pull out old clothes and have them fit again. I gained about 40lbs with each baby and never lost it all in between so I was still 150 in March. Very motivated to keep getting my figure back.

This is a scale victory, not on subject.

Said the jealous cow.

Yes, she said her clothes fit again. That’s a non-scale victory to me.

DP. That’s a scale victory, so technically not on subject, but whatever. It’s still great!

This is amazing! Congratulations! What a weight off your mind that must be.

Scale hasn’t really moved but today I was able to easily hook the second line of my sports bra. And I also had the Watch thing. I can finally comfortably wear it on the third hole of the band!

I really hope the scale catches up!

I've met my exercise and activity goals for 16 days.

Last night after indulging in a mojito and big father's day dinner, I still forced myself to get up after dinner and go for a 3 mile power walk. When I went to bed I could feel my quads. They felt strong and happy. I completely turned the way my body was feeling (slow, tired, sluggish), and it felt great.
