Shrug. You may not like her but she is a literal girl boss and self-made millionaire in her 30s. She killed it.

And she verbally and sexually harassed her employees. Goals.


Can you elaborate and link to a source. Not doubting you (I’ve heard she’s awful), but didn’t know about the harassment allegations and would like to know more.

I have done solidcore quite a few times and do not personally think that it is worth money for me. I found the exercises really tedious and boring.

Precovid, I absolutely loved the class and had taken over 300. Now with the year away, I can see that the classes are good for occasional variation but the actual movements are pretty limited in range of motion. I won’t be going back because it should not be the bulk of my muscle workouts. Additionally, The founder’s behavior during covid made the choice not to give them my money easy.
