Yellowed teeth
Too much makeup No one thing, really. Basically just trying too hard. These women probably didn’t look great in their 20s either. |

Long beachy waves with highlights.
This only looks good with youthful skin (20s). |
She’s also example of the mistake of making yourself too thin. Lack of fat in your face makes you look haggard. It also really brings out wrinkles. |
| I read a recommendation to only wear mascara on top lashes and not bottom. I'm not particularly versed in makeup, but I feel like it does make my face look fresher. |
I can’t speak for the Duchess, and I know she’s quite thin, but many of us have narrow faces that do not reflect our overall body fat! I have plenty of junk in my trunk but if I tried to lose any of it, the weight would undoubtedly come from my already thin face instead of my ass. I short, some of us can’t help the thin faced aging. |
| ^^ she needs to lighten the eye make up and get to know concealers and highlighters. It's easy to fix, this look. |
+1 |
What’s wrong with this? |

Continuing to dye one’s hair the same color it was when you were young. As you lose color in your face, the darker tones in particular give you a harsh look.
Also, too much heavy makeup that settle into your lines especially around your eyes and eyelids. Too much sparkle can emphasize the crepey skin. |
While I believe that you can do whatever you want, most people don’t delight in looking haggard, tired, or older than they are. So there are tips that some people don’t all know to counterbalance these things. If you don’t want to do them, great for you, but some people are happy to learn. Too many people find a look and makeup that works in their twenties and never change, and they could look better. |
Honestly, I think it’s the sun and the smoking that have done Kate in, much more than her makeup. |
Since when does she smoke? |
She stopped, but definitely did in the past. |
I think smoking a couple cigarettes in 2001 didn’t “do her in.” Crazy |
It makes your skin look monotone, older, and accentuates wrinkles and pores. Whether you use Armani or cover girl, doesn’t matter. Up close in person it doesn’t look natural or flattering but especially on older skin |
