This is not “a bunch of women chatting about a man peeing.” It’s noticing a difference in the health of their partner. Perhaps you are in your twenties and unaccustomed to this?
I am a 60 year old male and am quite familiar with this health issue. The amount of misinformation in this thread is incredible and I attribute that to that fact that it is a "bunch of women chatting" about something they no nothing about. Classic DCUM.
So then please correct the misinformation. Now that you've outed yourself as someone who should/would know better it's incumbent upon you to set the record straight. If not, then I will assume you're a troll trying to stir the pot.
I'm no troll but I'm also not going to diagnose someone on social media. It could be something as benign as shy bladder or something to monitor such as BHP or rarely something more serious. It has nothing to do with "wake up pee" (WTF) or running water or inflammation. If the DH feels it is an issue HE should direct his question to his PCP. And yes a manual prostate exam will probably be done. No big deal.

I can't think of another time women have begged for a man to mansplain something on here... and this is the best you come up with? You literally gave the same answers others have here. And also apparently don't know what morning wood is so I really find it surprising you are a man.
Sorry my response didn't meet your expectations as I did exactly as you asked by identifying the misinformed responses and added my thoughts as to causes. I am familiar with morning wood but none of the prior responses indicated their DH was trying to pee with an erection which would be an entirely different set of circumstances. Again, seems an odd topic for a bunch of women to chat about on DCUM.
