1) Your DC’s current grade level.
2). NNAT score.
3). GBRS scores.
4). IN or NOT IN

I think this year, it would be helpful to also know Adv Math, Reading and Level III. Just revised slightly -

1) Your DC’s current grade level.
2). NNAT score.
3) Cogat score.
4). GBRS scores.
5) Adv Math/Reading/AAP Level.
6) IN or NOT IN

So still a chance it could happen today. 🤞

Definitely. I don't think they send in the morning. It's more of an afternoon/COB send.

Do they give you this information? As in, the email will say "Your child didn't get into level IV but they have been placed in an Advanced reading class next year"? Is that even a thing?

No, that's not a thing. That's determined on a school basis.

Agree. It is just in or not. You won’t find out about principal placement in level IV classes until May/June.

Maybe delayed bc today is teacher workday?

Why would that matter? Teachers aren’t sending these emails out.

I thought the AART sends these out...

No, this is information (like Adv math, reading etc.) are all in the AAP submission packet (which has the GBRS rating). A lot of parents get it from their AART. The data points will be helpful to have just see the correlation with In/Out.

No. This is a central office decision/ function

Yes. DC is in advanced math taught by the AART.

Does everyone have GBRS scores already? I was planning to request those only if my child is not accepted. I wasn't sure if they could release them beforehand.

Only at some schools. Some schools do nothing until 5th grade.

We got ours a few weeks ago by contacting the AART. She e-mailed them to us almost immediately.
