What religion has the highest chance of going to Heaven?

Theory is pretty much in their religion only Jews go to Heaven when the Messiah comes. However if Jesus was Messiah he will let Jews into Heaven anyhow. Hence they hedged their bets.

Any other contenders?

Don't know, but I'd guess the ones that don't believe in a heaven really wouldn't get you there.

If you believe your actions may earn you a spot in heaven, I would say Buddhism, although they will all be very surprised to find such a place exists. Buddhists stress respect for all creation and empathy for all. They harm no sentient beings. And I have not heard of anyone starting a war in the name of Buddhism. It's just hard to imagine a deity who would send a good Buddhist to hell.

The Royhinga in Myanmar would disagree.

Nope. Most Jews do not believe in an afterlife.

Yeah this is completely wrong. Sounds like PP is confusing Judaism and Christianity.

Be good to people and creation, and never cease seeking after the truth of God, honestly and wholeheartedly. Do this, and you will certainly be welcomed in to Heaven.

Umm ... no we don’t. We don’t really talk about the afterlife much.

Jews call this after-life Olam Ha-ba (“World to Come”) and Gan Eden (“Garden of Eden”)

Most non-Orthodox Jews don’t really have much of a conception of the afterlife. Don’t generalize. The term Olam Ha-ba does not even appear in our scriptures and accepted halakha is that living people cannot know about what is to come.

Only Christians and Muslims believe in/are so focused on heaven. So y’all can fight over it.

I like this thread. So typical for DCUM to study the best outcome and not to invest in the dark. I am guessing OP is done with choosing college for the kids and now moving on to higher agenda.

You are dead and you are remembered by family, friends, etc.

We all came from the same place and we are all going to the same place, no matter what you believe.
