It's open to anyone.

No it is not, You need to register on the MD Mass Vax site. You can't just show up.

I did not say it's a walk in. I said it's open to everyone. Yes you need to pre-register, it is required to every singe vax site.

On the site, it says 16 yr olds MD residents with underlying conditions. They don't check to see if the 16 yr old is from MD?

They check your ID, and they scan the QR code you get when you register. If you are able to register and get your code using a non-MD address, then I expect you’ll be fine.

Hogan just announced anyone over 16 and will be adding a walk up

Phase 3 pre reg opens today. There will be some lag on updating the website so just keep checking if you want to make sure all the phase 3 checklist is there. Make sure to choose salisbury on your pre reg so you can get an appointment right away. A friend of mine did this and got an appointment at the same day of pre reg, I choose a different site and still have not received any sched a week later.

They are not checking for conditions and there are a ton of open spots (I.e. you are not taking a spot away from anyone else).

I know a bunch of DC families who are making the trip.

When you register you just say you qualify. The site is aware that people are doing this. They want to fill the spots.

Oh, just lie. What a great example for your kids.

Yes, it's definitely better to let critically important vaccines sit unused for weeks and weeks in the middle of a pandemic. That for sure is the better example.

They just need to move the locations to make them more accessible if they cannot fill the spots. This makes no sense. We will not drive that far as I know I will have a reaction and don't want to be sick driving a few hours from home away from a hospital.

You are surprised people are lying?

1. You don’t know that.
2. Allergic reactions occur immediately and you would still be on site.
3. Regular side effects take time to manifest. You can drive home safely if it less than eight hours.

What kind of vax is at Salisbury? Can you know in advance?
Anonymous
I imagine it is Pfizer since they are approved for 16 and up.

I was there today - It's Pfizer. No issues whatsoever with my appointment confirmation and DC license. It was pretty empty, so everything moved very quickly. I booked yesterday.

Just go get a shot. Clearly nobody is there. I sent link to ds to let all his Salisbury uni friends know

Are they doing second shots? I need a second shot Pfizer (after having to cancel my CVS second dose).

Once I am Pre-registered on the MD site, how do I register for a slot in Salisbury?

go to massvax.maryland.gov then "click to check your eligibility..." then confirm eligibility and enter 21801 for the zip.
