Baltimore people - is this priced appropriately?

Love Circle Road and Ruxton in general. Inside the Beltway and so close to all the amenities of Towson and the city but you get County taxes and schools and it's so pastoral. We have our eye on Ruxton for the next house but inventory is next to nothing and beggars can't be choosers.

It's a desirable street in a desirable neighborhood, but only 2 bedrooms and bathrooms are definitively dated. Overpriced?

Wow, zestimate is 980k now. From mid 700s to high 900s in 3 years?

I don't think inventory is much better now. Maybe as rates come down a bit more
