| There is no team rule, individual kids do it differently. My son does not tuck. His uniform shirt is no longer long enough to. I am cheap, so I don't want to buy a new set until the uniform changes next year (to reflect a new sponsor logo). |
Then put baby oil on your arms to avoid getting grabbed. |
I don't see a single player with their shirt tucked in during this Champions League game I am watching. They all have well tailored shirts though, so less to grab. |

My son is 6’2” and his team’s Nike kit runs small—his xl shorts almost look like short shorts on him and I don’t think his shirt would stay tucked in if he tried at this point.
I just had to look at a team photo on Instagram and none of his team was tucked in this past weekend. |
