This happened to me. Thr guy was breaking into wifi networks. He was also wanted on a hit and run.

Yeah, this is why we had to shut down the xfinity publically accessible wifi.

Had randoms parking in front of our house on a cul de sac all day long. Someone probably either has an unsecured network or xfinity creates a public access point that you have to go in and turn off yourself.

I sit in the car in front of other's houses when I'm waiting for one of my kids to finish a tutoring session or practice or whatever. Usually not 3 hours though.

Have something similar happen all the time except ours are uniformed secret service making sure no one messes with the homes of the folks serving in the admin.

Do you have break ins or other crime in your neighborhood? If so. Call the cops. If not, I would let it be.
