OP here. Thanks for this rec. I tried this stuff and that, combined with longer use of cold shot, seems to have worked wonders. I did my hair last night and still have much of the styles this morning (but w/o the stiffness of hairspray). To the other posters, I do not find the need for much dexterity with the airwrap. In fact, it's easier for me than the round brush hairdryer. The only issue i was having was the curls/waves were not holding. I have no response for the "fake curls" poster. I don't even know what your talking about. My hair IS curly. I'm just styling it differently. I have a LOT of hair and this tames it really well and it looks good when it stays. |
| All you need to master the airwrap is youtube and long barrels. I love the look when I flip it upside down and position the arrows to the back. Bonus - My young teenager has become much more adept at creating her own looks and it's really hard to burn yourself (unlike a hot styling wand). |
