P.S. Maybe I can misspell up dessert with desert, but I never misspell a - hole.

Dark chocolate with roasted almonds or graham crackers

Bananas with condensed milk

Chocolate pudding (not from a box, although I’m sure some boxed mix is good too)

Anonymous
Ricotta (fresh if possible) mixed with sugar or maple syrup over berries

Any fruit oat crumble is ridiculously easy.

Strawberries with chocolate sauce.

And a little harder but flourless chocolate cakes are typically really easy and fast.

That Spanish thing looked wonderful but I don’t think it’s easy (hard to carmelize sugar without burning it) and I think it would taste gross as the interior is all just unsweetened egg whites. Would t it taste like an egg white omelette covered in caramel?

Brazilian brigade row are also really easy but messy.
And the eagle sweetened condensed milk fudge recipe, which is pretty similar, is perhaps the easiest fastest recipe ever, and always popular.

Variation on that theme — bake some frozen puff pastry shells, fill with vanilla ice cream, top with raspberries.

Spread in 9 x 13 pan:
1. 1 stick melted margarine
2. 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
3. 1 pkg. (12 oz) chocolate chips
4. 1 pkg. (12 oz) butterscotch chips
5. 1 cup coconut
6. 1 cup chopped walnuts
7. 1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (14 oz)
Bake at 350 degrees F. Cut into squares. Cool and chill.

Frozen Yogurt Pie
Mix 2 fruit yogurt containers with one tub (8 oz.) Cool Whip. If desired, you can add jam for extra fruit flavor. Spoon into graham cracker crust. Freeze. (Note: yogurt containing gelatin will result in a spongey, Chiffon-like? pie. I prefer using yogurt/Greek yogurt that doesn't contain gelatin, which gives it more of an ice cream texture.)

It’s funny, I always thought those bars were very complicated. I had no idea you just pile 7 ingredients on top of each other! Yum.
