Any fruit oat crumble is ridiculously easy. Strawberries with chocolate sauce. And a little harder but flourless chocolate cakes are typically really easy and fast. That Spanish thing looked wonderful but I don’t think it’s easy (hard to carmelize sugar without burning it) and I think it would taste gross as the interior is all just unsweetened egg whites. Would t it taste like an egg white omelette covered in caramel? |
