Arlington is a big club, has great fields, proven record of placing kids in top colleges. When was last time BRYC played Arlington, especially the U13 to U16 teams? With Arlington in ECNL, they would get even bigger and make ECNL that much better. |
| Yesterday... |
| soooo... might as well put everyone back in CCL like they originally were |
Kick out underperforming and mediocre Loudoun and put FCV which delivers National players. You’d see the loudoun club folding within less than 5 years guaranteed. Lack of balls is what’s happening. |
Arlington girls don’t have a proven record of anything. They had one year in full DA before the DA was shut down. More importantly, no one cares about them. They are just another club. There are big time club in SoCal looking to get back in...and will. There are gaps in the Midwest that new clubs in the Midwest will fill. If Tophat doesn’t get in....you think Arlington will? Arlington kids can go back to McLean if they choose. |
FCV delivers national players from Loudouns pool. FCV is nothing with that pool. Get a grip. Again, over inflated sense of self worth. |
| Without |
Loudoun isn’t blocking FCV. |
| FCV’s pathway to the ECNL is to join forces with a club. The only way. Buyout, merger, or teaming up. |
Only way |
| Mergers would do all well... too many small clubs |
A merger with an ECNL club the poster meant. |
| If FCV wanted to be in ECNL, they wouldn’t have left ECNL. |
I’ve been at the meetings where they’ve voted against them. They’re scared. They didn’t want to lose what motivate$ them. |
Lmfao. They, like many others, believed in USSF and left for the greatest girls league of all time. They then doubled and tripled down on it as others saw the light and returned before the door closed. Loudoun snuck in and took FCVs spot. Arlington could have snuck in but followed the DA path. Now FCV and Arlington are on the outside looking in. That’s the gamble. |
