Crate and Barrel - which sofa

Anonymous
We have two Crate and Barrel sleeper sofas with a chaise and they are the awesome. Super comfortable and sturdy. I can’t speak to the ones you asked about because ours are different, but I’d say C&B furniture generally is high quality.

We did not care for the Lounge at all. You really need to sit in them to figure out which will work best. Some of the stock fabrics are great - we have the "microfiber/microsuede" type and it is super durable and stain resistant.

Which one you would suggest? Which one is better?

+1. Can you please tell which is better? after you have used it and based on your experience, which one is better?

I'm the PP. We have the Barrett Sleeper with chaise. It's really, really comfortable. C&B doesn't sell the other one we have anymore but it's also quite comfy. Way better than anything from Pottery Barn or West Elm that we've purchased.

I'm impressed that people know the names of their sofas.

Me: It’s from Crate and Barrel and the name reminds me of my parents' neighbors?

I have the father bc the axis seemed too big for our space. Got stain resistant fabric and I really like it so far. The gather is comfy but it is smaller than the axis, we can all still lounge but we aren’t huge people (dh is only 5’8).

I have none of these, but I do have a Crate and Barrel sofa and I love it and will totally buy from them again.

I had the Lounge and it last only about 2 years. Something broke internally and it basically collapsed in the middle. This was the pre-Lounge 2 version.

I would recommend NOT getting the tweedy or woven fabric. Ours pilled up almost immediately.

I really wish I'd contacted customer service to see about a store credit or something. I didn't even think of it since it had been a couple of years.

I love love love our lounge. The denim-ish fabric has held up well.

We had an AXIS II for 7 years (had to get something smaller when we moved), but really liked it. Very comfortable and good stain resistance/could be cleaned. The back cushions didn't keep the best shape in terms of the look, but were still very comfy. Probably could solve that issue with more regular cushion turning, which I almost never did.

None.
