My 4.5 year old has so many potty accidents

This. Please verify that she doesn't have a UTI. We missed the signs in our 5yo, and ended up in the ER with a bad kidney infection and a fever of nearly 105. Literally the only indication that something was wrong before things got severe was that she was having accidents. I just assumed that it was a regression, and I was wrong.

Put her on a potty schedule. She has to sit down every 2-3 hours no matter what
