The Thinx “super” will hold a good amount of blood. My 11 yo just had her third one and she wears them overnight no pad. And she definitely bleeds a lot for two - three days. She’s been testing them during the day and they seem really good- only one day did she feel like she wanted a pad, too.
She is ok with the infinity pads, except they are so long. It’s annoying to her. She’s not ready to try tampons yet. |

| I would get her the Always Radiant Teen pads. And I don’t see a 12 year old being able to manage a cup, maybe as an older teen. I’m over 30 and have used tampons since I was 12 and bought several different brands of cups over the years and still cannot even use the smallest one of them. |

| DD won’t wear the period panties. I bought her Always Radiant teen from the beginning. She said they are fine and doesn’t want to try any other brands. |
