Yes I chose this diet because it’s sustainable, I have to manage to choose 2 days per week where I eat 500 calories . It could be any days. I walk at least 10000 steps a day , I said 3 times a week where I do 15ooo steps . My meals are not big so it’s not American size more European styles . One serving of the meal and never seconds because I am not usually that hungry but more tired and exhausted due to thyroid maybe .
