1 part good balsamic 1 part lemon juice 1.5 tsp pomegranate molasses 2 cloves garlic, minced, crushed very generous tbsp sumac salt and pepper to taste i use this on fattoush salad button other salads too. |

What are the proportions of the tahini one? I realize you might just make to taste, but approximately how much of each? |
Not the PP, but I would do equal parts tahini and olive oil, then the same amount of combined lemon juice and water (but more water than lemon) |
| I do a yogurt based green goddess dressing. Delicious and herby. You can google and find a variety of recipes. |
| I mix my preferred creamy dressing (bleu cheese personally) 50/50 with something low calorie and higher vinegar (usually lite goddess). |
