They can get him for trespassing.

You got an A+ for understanding my poorly written post. How in the world you understood that, I have no idea.

NP, I did too—frequently write stuff like this on voice to text!

Why dont you ask the hospitals what their policies are for some who self-admits with COVID symptoms? They tell them to go home and quarantine- no one is being sent to the hospital JUST because they have a positive COVID test or a fever/loss of taste/smell. A COVID postiive test and symptoms means you are directed by your PCP or Urgent care doc to quarantine for 10-14 days. Only those REQUIRING INTERVENTION are admitted, they arent sitting in the ER waiting room.

DP.. One guy I work with tested positive on Saturday. He called in from the hospital parking lot today just to say he was not going to be available because he feels like sh1te and his doctor told him to go to the hospital. He has to wait in the parking lot until they are ready for him, and yes, they will bring him in from a different entrance. He sounded gawd awful. Poor guy.

You bet. Damascus High class of 98. He was not like this at all. He was a pretty jovial guy, a bit of a wiseacre, good looking and pretty popular. I recently heard from a classmate that he was doing these videos but I can’t bring myself to watch them.

He has pictures of loading docks. What is he expecting to see there?

And, guy looks ROUGH for 40.

Wonder if he is bipolar or schizophrenic. Typical demographic for schizo.

So he's got a point

What a freak. He's a COVID skeptic and tries to accost staff at local hospitals. His Twitter feed is full of videos of him trying to "find the COVID patients."

Half our country is losing their damn minds due to social media and access to unlimited information. I weep for society.

Don't weep for society.
Get angry at

Zuckerberg (Facebook)
Jack Dorsey (Twitter)
Rupert Murdoch (Fox, WSJ, NY Post)
Charles Koch (Daily Caller)
Robert Mercer (Breitbart)
Sinclair Smith family (Sinclair TV)
Paul Singer (Free Beacon)
Phil Anschutz (DC Examiner, closed down Weekly Standard because they didn't like Trump enough)
Republican billionaires (Heritage, AEI, Daily Signal, etc etc etc etc)

The problem of disinformation in America is due to wealthy greedy rightwing billionaires poisoning people's minds, with lies, for political advantage.
In other words: greedy Republican billionaires spread lies to get Republicans elected and enrich themselves.

Don't get sad. Get angry. Fix our country. Take it back from the oligarchs.

He should go somewhere where the hospitalization rates are much higher.

Covid patients are in hospital rooms or in the ICU, not sitting in the lobby. When someone comes in with covid symptoms, they are separated quickly, not sent to the the common waiting room. Often they come in through the ambulance bays.

In addition, covid has caused a decline in other reasons why someone might be in the lobby. Hospitals are bringing fewer people in for outpatient visits, because they're doing things by telemedicine. Elective procedures are being delayed. People are choosing not to come to the ER with more minor things (e.g. before covid I took my kid to the ER for what turned out to be a minor fracture in his hand, I chose the ER so as not to miss school the next day. Today if my kid had the same symptoms, I'd wait and take him to the ortho). There are fewer visitors, etc . . .

So, yes the lobby is empty. That has nothing to do with the number of patients with covid in the hospital.

As someone who has been in the ER with a scared very sick loved one for whom covid would be devastating, I think this guy should receive some sort of severe punishment. I'm hesitant to suggest jail because he's clearly cavalier about the virus and jail would be an easy place for him to spread the virus.

He sounds mentally ill.
The fragile are always the first victims of disinformation.
Which is why the perpetrators of disinformation should be severely punished. They prey on the vulnerable.

He’s got a domestic violence issue in the court records and violated a protective order against him.

This is correct. I had surgery last week at a local hospital. My DH had to drop me off at the front door. The lobby and front of the hospital - billing sept, etc - were like a ghost town. Inside the hospital where patients were being treated (surgical waiting area, recovery, inpatient rooms) it was absolutely packed.
