How important is posture?

Because she is not in school? Because laying down and drawing and daydreaming is a natural part of being a kid? Who are you rigid people? By your logic, she will be sitting at a desk or table most of her day for the next 12 years, s why not make her spend 5 hours a day at a desk now?
