Bow do you get on a store waiting list? I have never heard of doing this before.

I tried to get one at Walmart’s online sale, and even though it was momentarily in my cart the purchase failed. I have an older teen so now my plan is that he can open a photograph of it and we’ll buy it when it’s actually available.

You can find them on ebay. Of course they will cost you $1500+.

We got one today! I’ve had the Sony Direct site up on my phone for days signed in with DH’s PS account. I hit refresh at the right time, I guess. Got in the waiting room, after about 50 minutes I made it through. And with this store, once it’s in your cart, it’s yours. No getting to the final payment step only to be told “Oh deer, this item is sold out” (screw you, Walmart!). Infinitely better process than with other retailers.
