Pro-tip. Ask those who "insist" on gathering to get a test first

Anonymous
Stay home everyone. I did all the outdoor get togethers over the summer and even allowed my kids to stay with parents over the summer. But now is the time to stay home again.

The hospitals are at capacity. There are staff shortages. There are testing delays. My husband works in a hospital and he’s normally fearless but he’s now alarmed. STAY HOME.

I had to call my doctor for a referral. They said just come to the office, b/c they gets results faster.

Our one "hold out" family member who didn't get why we would not drive to see them (and who loves a nice manipulation-cut out of will, suicide threat..) went to see a doc about one thing, and got a 101 on risk.

#grateful for this health care worker who took the time to break it down to senior who doesn't see what the fuss is about.

The first "no" doesn't always take.

Worst TIP EVER?

Literally?

Where do I pick up my blue ribbon?

I went last week, waited about 15 minutes and got my results back 4 days later. We qurrantined until we left for my parents.

It’s not spreading at gas stations. You don’t become a virus shedder in 12 hours after exposure.

But you can test negative and then become a virus shedder the next day.

The odds of getting it at the gas station when you're wearing a mask is small

You are just as bad as people going out now if you did it all summer. You should have been home all along. Don't preach what you don't practice.

If you are staying home, like we are, how often are you getting gas? Once a month at best?
