We just received a quote to transport our family minivan from DC to Arizona. Is this a good price?

Shipping a car is always a PITA. I’ve always used a courier.

OP, I've used Montway .com. Easy way to get a quote. I put in DC to Phoenix, open carrier, Honda Civic and it was $1099, closer to $1000 if you're paying cash. This includes insurance.
