Yes, it would be nice if more dads were more aware that children need to be supervised, and that dads should engage more with kids. Unfortunately, many don't realize it or just plain don't care. So, yes, you have to be a mommy to your husbands and tell them how to parent.

Alpha Men are always going to do what they want when they want. That’s pretty awesome I do the same with my AirPods. I am constantly on video calls and my working wife doesn’t have a management position just deals with it which we outsource some of the schooling / childcare providing during the day for either meetings or even just to have a morning off.

PP, I can’t relate to your view. My wife is strong woman and now sees how I have to work and push a team to get results on daily basis.
It’s not forever, OP this will pass and agree with others you need to carve time for yourself/work and put in your AirPods. My wife take her teams call on speaker it’s noise for hours at times in the house.
