I like Chief of Staff for Pete. |
I thought Terry was running for VA Gov again. |
So a bunch of white guys, AA women? No white women at all? No Hispanics? No Asians? Crazy. |
And it’s been posited in as many threads that the supermajority in Mass (do they still have it? I haven’t bothered to check) could pass a law that would force the Repo gov to nominate a Democratic replacement for her seat. |
I like that you’re taking the suggestions of an anonymous commenter as a reason to get offended. Some republicans - and that’s what you sound like - just like to get faux offended over anything. |
Obviously AOC for minister of socialism
(JUST KIDDING) Kasich has probably earned himself a place in the administration. Though I'm not sure that gets Biden much since it seems like Kasich isn't popular with Republicans or Ohioans these days. Andrew Yang would be interesting to bring in. |
He's gunning for House leadership. I was thinking Karen Bass for HUD. |
No. He doesn't have the political experience for that job. However, he would be a fantastic Press Secretary. If you don't believe me, go and look at the videos of his interviews on Fox and tell me that he wouldn't put smarta$$ WH journalists in their place and handle them smoothly when they press for information that he isn't giving out. |
Agree on these two but if I were Biden I'd include a couple of moderate republicans with a history of bipartisanship. With a divided house we need an executive branch that can set the tone. Also, the election clearly was a pushback on progressives not only in house seats but on so many state wide ballot issues. |
Well, you sound like a nutter. You are suggesting that Biden should surround himself with white male baby boomers, including Republicans, a white male mayor of a tier 3 city, and two token AA women. Gotta call BS. |
I think we all fell in love with Mayor Pete. He would succeed wherever they need him. |
Julian Castro
Then we even experiencing before and frustrating to people here we walked the results frustr ating to us but again they're saying they've got to do this right they've got to go through these the painstaking way they've been here all day today we don't know what that means as far as you know how late they're going to stay where there's going to be other night hours but they promise us but that will that will be the case |
My Bloomberg terminal said Gary Gensler is the front runner for SEC |
Julian Castro, Amy klobuchar, Beto, Michelle Lujan Grisham |
Klobuchar will likely be majority/minority leader. Lujan Grisham is unlikely to stop being one of the most powerful governors in the nation and a potential VP pick for Harris in 2024 to take a lowly cabinet position. |
