Why has IVF failed twice?

I just wanted to say I did 1 round of IVF at one clinic and it failed so astronomically that I was certain the next one would, too. We had 5 fertilized eggs and none made it to day 5. Tried another clinic in another state and got on supplements for the first time. Three months later, 7 normal PGS tested frozen embryos. One or two failed rounds does not guarantee a third.
