Such a typical DC response.

Your car got stolen. Call the insurance company.
You house got broken into. Call the insurance company.
Your iPhone got stolen. Call the insurance company.
Your 24 yo friend killed in a hold up at a gas station. Hope he had life insurance through his brand new job.

What would you suggest? Lynch the nearest black person? This is exactly what insurance is for.

The transparency of your racism is absolutely shocking.

The VERY FIRST you think of when discussing “crime”, is “Black people”.

Wow..... Just friggin’ wow.

I’m so glad I don’t know you.

This is always what happens on this website, on almost every thread. I don't know if it's just a couple random trolls or if there are actually many people dumb enough to think this way. But the second you bring up crime, moving to a neighborhood with less crime, having the police crack down on crime, etc. etc., there are always a couple of posters who come in and say, "Oh so you hate black people huh?"

Well, if you’re that concerned about crime (cough!! paranoid! cough!) that you say want to move to a “quiet” suburb with less crime (translation: “all white neighborhood”) , then yes, you are a vile disgusting racist.

So I guess we know what you are, PP.

I didn't see any reports of the race of the suspect. Did they have security cameras?

As for that area (Silver Spring), here's the most recent weekly crime summary:
https://www.montgomerycountymd.gov/pol/Resources/Files/Crime-Summary-10-23-20.pdf

For Silver Spring, in cases where the suspect's race was known, only 4 of the 5 cases were described as a black male. The other case was a white male. There's no reason to automatically assume the suspect is black just because the crime took place in Silver Spring.
