Most healthful bread for toddlers?

Any of the more generic wheat breads - you have to look at a combination of the carbs, fat and sugar and the regular wheat (not fancy wheats) are better.

+1 for Dave's Killer Bread. DS (2) loves the 21 Whole Grains (green label).

Love it...but not for a toddler sandwich.

It’s the joke that we’ve gained 19 pounds since covid.

But we're talking toddlers who need those extra carbs and calories - not adults.

Why not? You know that all the alcohol easily evaporates when heated?

OP, "Seeduction" bread from Whole Foods is a hit with my 16 month old...

OP gave covid as an explanation why they are looking for bread just for the toddler, as opposed to feeding the toddler whatever bread they adults are eating.

So, clearly, OP already knows that toddler need the carbs and calories.

Seeduction or Russian black bread from Whole Foods used to be a treat for our toddler! Now we get normal bread at any bakery in town.

The green one (21 White Grains) has 5g of sugar per slice - super surprising. Lots of wheat breads add sugar to make it soft. Dave's White Bread done right has only has 2g/slice.
