McLean requires coaches, kids on the bench, and all spectators to wear a mask. i would definitely say something. All it takes is for one positive test and that team will be shut down. My kid being able to play soccer right now is the one thing that they really enjoy that is not on a screen - it would suck if that were ruined by those not following the rules.

I am not a mask nazi and think people completely overestimate their protective effect (especially as they gab away loudly on their cellphone right next to you) but definitely expect people to follow the rules, honor the expectations of others, and otherwise do what they can to put others at ease. I don’t understand this at all.

so just stupid? a mask might not be convenient but it is really the only protection measure available (unless you just stay home but if you are coaching- then you are not at home).

Are they violating a club rule or a government rule? If not your only recourse is not to have your DC play for them.
